This is quite handy, especially if you have a general realism mod installed, which takes into account the weight of the coins that Geralt keeps with him.

One of the best nuances of The Witcher is that every major contract needs to be thoroughly prepared at the beginning. We create oil from ghosts, stock up on moon dust, meditate and, of course, sharpen a silver sword.

It's a big change, but it's far from the only one in TW3EE. It also adds new animations, new ways to parry, and new ways to set up attacks from a distance. Each attack can also affect your hero - there is a chance that Geralt will get out of the next brawl with a broken arm or leg. These effects are directly reflected in the leveling, alchemy system and equipment of the hero.

If you've been through New Game+ a few times and seen everything The Witcher 3 has to offer, then this improved version is the perfect excuse to re-install the game. It is advised to put the mod on a "clean" version of the game, after which you can safely install additional modifications.

Ghost Mode is no less ambitious than Enhanced Edition, however the changes here are more elegant. He does not abandon the basics of the original, but only polishes all the little things that required editing. For example, expensive plates can no longer be found on the shelves of the poor, all ingredients have a weight (but you need fewer ingredients for alchemy), and simple equipment has become more powerful and useful. Typos in item descriptions have also been fixed, enemies have received new armor bonuses and stamina limits, etc.

If you think that The Witcher 3 needs a complete overhaul of all systems, then the Enhanced Edition is waiting for you. If you think that the game just needs to be polished and balanced (which modders have been doing for two years), then feel free to install Ghost Mode.

The Realistic Weather mod adds even more beauty and realism to the natural metamorphosis of the game. After installation, enchanting fogs will float in front of you, the effects of rain and thunderstorms will improve, and almost palpably cold snow will fall on Skellige. The probability and frequency of thunderstorms and showers have been adjusted, bugs with the color palette of rain have been removed. Dealing with a detachment of local racketeers will now be more difficult: the witcher's opponents have learned counterattacks and evasions. They try to keep an optimal distance and surround Geralt more smoothly and dexterously. Soldiers with heavy two-handed weapons have had their swing speed increased, and especially skilled thugs know tricky attacks that can break through a witcher's block.

Hardcore fans can set the mod, turn on the difficulty level "To the death!" and boldly say goodbye to reality for a couple of weeks.

In the original The Witcher 3, melee combat was a lot of fun. Especially at the moments when the spectacular rapid speed was turned on: it was possible to see in detail the limbs of the enemies flying away from Geralt. Installing this mod will change the gameplay beyond recognition: it will especially appeal to Gwent fans who have not missed a single restaurant in search of the coveted card. Hearts of Card replaces all skirmishes in the game with card games. Instead of bloodshed - a very good card game with a collectible deck. And the stronger the opponent, the more powerful the cards in his hands (or on his paws). Defeated rivals fall into a stupor from grief, and Geralt can rummage through their pockets with a sense of accomplishment. Taking on the elimination of the next miracle, Geralt can bet the desired amount on his success. If he wins, he will receive it twice, and if he loses, he will lose his own bet. But taking such a quest “for the future” will not work: you need to find and torture the monster before midnight, otherwise the dispute is considered lost, and the wallet “loses weight”.

The history of gamedev remembers many cases when the game camera pulled the whole project to the bottom. Fortunately, in The Witcher 3, the operator is smart and obedient, and there are no problems with the camera throughout the game. The difficult one brought him, for example, to the island of Mists - a piece of another universe. Modification " Forgotten Worlds» will add to the available locations those very pieces of other dimensions: bright, atmospheric and attracting any adventurer. The player will be able to explore the Dark Valley, the enchanted island near Skellige, underwater ruins, the Awakening Palace and other attractions. If in the original game such trips were part of quests, now they can be done at any time. The authors of the mod have worked hard on the design and colors, and the Forgotten Worlds stand out favorably among the usual cities and villages.

Infection Mod

1. The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project

One of the best and largest modifications that changes the texture of most objects in the game: stones, rocks, thatched and tiled roofs of houses, books, moss, wooden and stone walls, metal bars and many other objects. The effect of the mod is the same as the previous one, only it removes traces of raindrops that look cheap and ugly.

18 Improved Particle Systems

One of the best visual mods for The Witcher 3, completely reworks the system of particles and effects: dust, fog, sparks, fire, all magic signs, smoke from the chimneys of houses, smoke from the pipes of smoking people and much more. The modification is quite demanding on the resources of your computer. If you install along with the previous mod, then get ready for a bright spectacle.

19. BLOOD

Improves and changes the behavior of blood, which covers everything around in more detail and color.

Installing mods for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Installing these modifications is quite simple, unlike the same GTA V. First you need to register on the nexusmods website. Next, you need to either use the nexusmods site modification installer, or download the archives with mods, create a mods folder in the game directory,

then copy the contents of the archives to the mods folder.

To do this, you need to go to my documents, find the folder with the name of our favorite game and create a text file in it called mods.settings.

Then set the desired priority, where 0 is the highest parameter. You can see how it's done in the screenshot.

1a. Download the mod via NMM (NexusMods Client) and just click activate.
1b. Download manually, unpack "modOver9000" into the main directory of witcher 3 with mods. (example D:\TheWitcher3\mods)

If there are any compatibility issues, then use the OverEncumbered mod that comes with this mod.

2.The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project

A mod that brings beauty. A huge number of things have gained a new look thanks to the maximum detail. Stones, trees, toadstools, logs, boxes, puddles, bags, round and square stools, books, ceramic roof tiles, checkered floors, etc. This is really a huge job. All this requires a good video card, but the modification itself does not load it too much (if there is something like the Radeon HD7970 3GB). No FPS drops, no freezes.

To install, download the archive and unpack« modHDReworkedProject" to the "Witcher 3/mods" folder. If there is no mods folder, then create it.

3.E3FX

Global reshade. Thanks to this mod, the work of light sources, highlights, shadows and contrast in general changes in the game. The developer of the mod tried to make the picture the way it looked on the first trailers of The Witcher 3. Whether it worked out is up to you. There are a number of alternative reshade modes in the download section. The installation is the same as the previous mods.

4. Fast Travel from Anywhere

If the game is over, the legs have turned into crumpled cakes, and something here and there is not open, then it's time to use fast travel. That's what the mod was made for. As they used to say: “Time is money”, so we don’t waste time, but earn money.

The installation is the same as in the first mods. Below are two more mods with which this one fits exactly.
