All games that were announced at e3. The main premieres and disappointments of the gaming exhibition E3. Electronic Arts will bring to E3 a new Star Wars: Battlefront and Need for Speed

The most long-awaited holidays of the year will come to us very soon: New Year and Christmas. A vintage, aged craquelure ball on the Christmas tree can be a good gift for loved ones.

For work, we need the following materials and tools:

  • plastic or foam ball (although glass is also possible).
  • ribbons, lace, beads.
  • white acrylic primer.
  • acrylic paints.
  • synthetic brushes.
  • sponge or sponge
  • acrylic varnish.
  • craquelure MAIMERI 753 and 754 from IDEA DECOUPAGE.
  • eyeshadow.
  • napkin.
  • PVA glue.

Step 1. We take the ball. We remove the decorative holder, put the ball on the stick. We prepare a piece of foam in advance, into which we will stick balls to dry.

If you have a glass or foam ball, you can immediately cover it with white primer and dry it. If your ball is plastic, and even covered with sparkles or bright paint, then you have to work hard. Be sure to clean the sparkles with sandpaper, because. no soil will cover them up.

Why is it necessary to remove bright colors? Some paint migrates into the ground and colors it again, in order to completely "drown out" the color, five layers of primer will have to be applied to the balls. Easier to clean off the paint, in my opinion.

Advice: when buying balls specifically for decoupage, choose silver or gold. This paint does not migrate into the ground and you can easily cover them with primer right away.

Step 2 The soil is dry, and we cover the balls with white paint. It is advisable to leave the primer to dry overnight, cover with paint in the morning, leave for a couple of hours and proceed to the next step.

Advice: dry with a hair dryer as a last resort! The best result is obtained after drying in natural conditions.

Step 3. We glue the motive. We choose a beautiful napkin. I took a black and white plot, quite famous, but rarely used.

I cut out small pieces. Why didn't she vomit with her fingers, as usual? Because the drawings are very close to each other and for fear of damaging them, I decided to use scissors.

Then I wet the brush and smeared the edges of the carved motif and carefully removed them. And only then I removed two layers of the napkin, leaving the top paint layer.

As glue, I used ordinary PVA. First, I outlined the places where large motifs would be located, then figured out where the small ones were. I folded the "scheme" on the table, and then glued it to the ball. Dry the glue for about an hour.

Advice: if PVA is thick, dilute it with water.

Step 4 Now comes the most interesting stage. We paint the edges of the motif with white paint, and we “revive” the motif a little with black. You can not draw the whole motive, but only a part. Don't be afraid to experiment! I also used a leaf stencil and filled in the empty spaces.

Advice: When choosing a sponge for a stencil, pay attention to its porosity. A sponge with small pores is ideal. Due to the large pores in the sponge, air bubbles remain in the paint, which are not removed in any way, dry out and spoil the whole look.

Step 5 When the paint is dry, take the finest sandpaper and sand the surface. Thus, we level the paint layer, remove wrinkles on the napkin motifs and compare the background a little. Immediately after that, remove the dust from the surface with a soft cloth and apply a layer of acrylic varnish. We dry.

Advice: in the arsenal of a decoupager, there should always be sandpaper of a different “caliber”.

Step 6 Now the hardest part - craquelure. Some decoupage makers are terribly afraid of him and admire those who made him. In fact, everything is simple. I will try to explain everything very clearly and in detail. For example, I'll take a Maimeri craquelure pair.

I will make a small digression and tell you a little about some points in working with a two-step craquelure. Some beginners face problems in using it, and in master classes on the Internet they often do not write about the most banal things, for example, that there are washable and indelible craquelures. Or why craquelure "does not work"?

Firstly, before the craquelure, it is necessary to apply a layer of varnish, then it will definitely work out. If the first step is applied immediately to the paint or motif, then this layer will be very thin, the second step will not be able to crack it, or the cracks will be very small. Therefore, the larger the cracks you want, the more layers of varnish should be placed under the first layer of craquelure, but two or three will be enough, no more.

Secondly, craquelures are washable (as, for example, Maimeri) and indelible. We wash off with a simple acrylic varnish. For indelible acrylic varnish is not suitable, it will “curl” it. For this there are special varnishes. If you have allergies (either you are in position) or have children at home, then avoid using such products because of the pungent odor.

So, the layer of acrylic varnish has dried up and we apply the first step of Maimeri craquelure, number 753 (in order not to get confused with the numbers, to distinguish it from the second step simply by color and consistency, the first step is always milky in color, quite dense and not transparent).

Dry it until it becomes transparent. Better to forget about him for a couple of hours. Then we apply the second step. Here it is better to use a universal tool - a finger! No, I'm serious! Only with your finger you can apply the varnish so evenly.

We try to coat the entire surface, this is very important! And let it dry. Leave again overnight or all day. If your home is cool, you can dry the second layer with a hairdryer.

Advice: if we dry the work with a hairdryer, then we keep it at a distance so as not to overheat the varnish!

Step 7 And now you pick up the ball and see on it the treasured mesh of cracks! Great! So, everything worked out! In order for cracks to become noticeable, they need to be shown. I used regular black eyeshadow.

We overwrite the cracks and go to the bathroom to wash off the second step. You need to rinse off under running warm water, you can help with your hand, but without effort, carefully. The ball becomes very sticky!

Now we can cover with acrylic varnish, by the way, you can again use the “universal tool”, dip your finger in varnish and lubricate the entire surface of the ball. By the way, there are no streaks, brush marks, etc. after the finger.

And that means no sanding or sanding required! For a ball, one layer of varnish will be enough, because it will be used rarely and not as actively as, for example, a jewelry box.

Step 8 Now you can decorate the balloon further. I just tied a ribbon - I think the balloon is pretty enough without the fussy bow, but you can make an intricate decoration with lace, ribbon, beads and glue it to the balloon with hot glue.

Advice: It will not be superfluous to decorate the finished ball with glitter contours, if this is, for example, a New Year's motif. But this, of course, is up to you.

I hope my master class will help you in your work and you will definitely get the most beautiful, well, just gorgeous balls for the Christmas tree!

What are you going to give your friends and family this year?

Decoupage Christmas balls photos. Master Class.

Decor Christmas tree handmade balls.

Decoupage master class with step by step photos. Balls for decorating the Christmas tree in the style of "Our friendly family"

FULL NAME. teacher: Rekalo Tatyana Sergeevna
Place of work: MADOU kindergarten No. 29, Novominskaya station, Krasnodar Territory.

With these balls, you can stylishly decorate not only the Christmas tree in the kindergarten group, but also at home and even make a pleasant and unexpected gift for friends.

This work will be of interest to educators and older children. preschool age, teachers of additional education, parents and just people who love to create masterpieces with their own hands.
Target: make balls to decorate the Christmas tree.
Tasks:
- introduce children to the technique of "decoupage";
- to promote the development of artistic and aesthetic taste, creative imagination;
- develop fine motor skills hands;
- develop the ability to work in a team; enjoy the creation of a common product of labor.

Step 1. Preparation of materials.
Before you start making crafts, you need to carefully consider and prepare all the necessary materials so that at the time of the active creative process, annoying little things can not spoil your mood and suspend it (the process) for an indefinite time.
So, we will need:
- Christmas tree balls;
- means for degreasing of a surface;
- photos, in accordance with your idea;
- napkins with New Year's motives;
- white acrylic paint;
- colored acrylic paints;
- sponge;
- paper towel;
- fine sandpaper;
- PVA glue;
- brush;
- wand-holder;
- varnish for decoupage;
- decoration materials: ribbons, bows, beads, beads, rhinestones, etc.

Step 2. Preparing photos.
This stage of work is directly related to your idea. These can either be photographs of a group of children in kindergarten or school (the issue is agreed in advance with the parents), or a photo of your relatives, friends. There may be not only portraits, but also some plot photos from the family archive.
Photos collected! Now you need to print them on the printer and do not forget to pay attention to the size of the images. They must match the size of the balls you have. Photos can be either color or black and white. Or maybe you edit them in a retro style ...
What to print on? You can use plain printer paper. It will turn out a little rough, but the color will be bright! If you want grace, softness and blurring of colors - take a paper towel and print on it. But there is a little secret here: the towel itself will not pass through the printer - it will wrinkle. Glue its edge to printer paper, let it dry and print!

Step 3. Preparing the base for decoupage.
It's time to pick up the ball. Which do you prefer: glass or plastic? There are advantages and disadvantages to one and the other. It is easy and pleasant to work with glass, but it requires an attentive and gentle attitude! Plastic in this matter is easier - it will not break. It is this quality that must be taken into account if children will work with him. But he can begin to act up when in contact with paint - perhaps the manifestation of stains that we do not need, a change in color.

Choice made? We continue.
We remove the old paint and glitter from the ball. You can use regular nail polish remover and cotton pads for this. If the glitter does not want to peel off in any way, use fine sandpaper. Carefully clean off the glitter and sand the surface so that there are no bumps left.

Step 4. Surface primer.
Attach the balloon to the stick holder for easy handling. This role can be performed by an ordinary pencil. Take a sponge and white acrylic paint and with dabbing movements start to cover the ball with paint.

Cover the ball with one layer and let dry well. Then cover again. If the plastic ball began to show annoying spots - make a few more layers of paint with mandatory drying between them.

Step 5. Working with images.
Our photos are ready. Separate unnecessary parts from them by cutting or cutting. Leave only those that will go to work. Apply PVA glue to the ball and glue the image.

As a sample, I took a balloon with my photo to avoid all sorts of misunderstandings!
On the reverse side, you can decorate the ball with New Year's or winter motifs taken from napkins. If you have a three-layer napkin, then you should stratify it and take only the colored layer! Glue the same way as the photo.

Step 6. Working with color.
What color to choose for balloons? This is entirely your decision, a matter of taste and practical skills. We also work with a sponge and acrylic paints, only now in color. You can mix paints to get a marble effect.

Step 7. Flight of fancy.
It's time to finish the job! Decorate your balloon with ribbon, rhinestones, beads and more than your sweetheart desires!

Ready! You can decorate the Christmas tree!

We made these balls in a group with the children. Each balloon has a photo of a child. I show you only the reverse side of the balls, so as not to violate anyone's rights!
Enjoy your creativity!

We begin preparations for the New Year's transformation. For this we will prepare:

  • foam ball,
  • acrylic primer,
  • acrylic paints,
  • acrylic matte varnish,
  • glitter (you can take other dry sparkles),
  • New Year's motifs on the printout,
  • semolina,
  • glue "PVA", "super glue",
  • sandpaper No. 800,
  • foam sponge, brushes, a few toothpicks, a plastic plate,
  • multi-colored ribbons, a hairpin and a suitable metal piece that will serve as a fastener for the ribbons (you can take it from an old Christmas tree toy).

We sand the workpiece a little and cover it with soil with a sponge. It is convenient to use a cardboard reel from a roll of napkins as a stand.

After drying, we sand a little again with sandpaper and paint it in the main blue color. While the paint dries, cut out 2 pictures and cover them with 3 layers of varnish with intermediate drying.

Now you need to thin out the printouts. To do this, moisten the reverse side of the pictures with a wet sponge and begin to roll up a white layer of paper.

When a thin colored layer remains, we wait for the motifs to dry and then paint the reverse side with white paint. We want the printout to be subtle yet bright.

We try on pictures for the workpiece. Where necessary, we tear the motive to avoid creases on a round surface. We glue the pictures to the workpiece with PVA glue, pressing well and smoothing the surface.

After the glue dries, carefully sand the resulting folds and cover the entire ball with varnish. Next, paint snow with white paint and paint on motifs where necessary.

We mix semolina with white paint in a 1: 1 ratio, add a couple of drops of PVA glue and get a thick mass, which we apply to the “snowy” surface. We also refer to the stars.

After the relief mass has completely dried, we cover the entire ball with varnish mixed with glitter. We cover the "stars" especially carefully to give more shine.

Now let's start fastening. Let's make it from a hairpin and a metal part.

You can simply take out such a design from an old Christmas ball. Lubricate the pin with "super glue" and insert into the ball.

Select ribbons. Blue and white are very suitable for the color motif. It is these ribbons that we will tie with a bow on the fastener of the ball. We also tie a thin golden thread so that the toy can be hung on the Christmas tree. The transformation of a foam blank into an unusual Christmas tree toy can be considered complete.

Since this is the first decoupage workshop in the group, I will write a little about this technique. It appeared in the 15th century. The essence of decoupage is cutting and pasting. Initially, not only paper was used for gluing, but also leather, wood, fabrics. Any surface was taken as a basis - wood, glass, fabric.
21st century - a new birth of decoupage. He came back into fashion, and in the stores of almost all major cities you can easily find materials for different techniques of this type of creativity.

Today I suggest you decorate a Christmas ball using decoupage technique. For these purposes, not only a special blank is suitable, but also plastic balls that are now popular. In addition, this is a great chance to give a second life to old glass balls.

For work we need:
1. Ball (the larger, the more convenient it will be to decorate it)
2. Sponge (I use a sponge for washing dishes. It will be enough to cut off a piece of about 1x2 cm from it)
3. Acrylic white paint.
4. Acrylic colored paints.
5. 3-layer napkin with a beautiful pattern (preferably with not very large elements)
6. PVA glue
7. Wide soft brush (squirrel)
8. Acrylic varnish (untinted)
9. Elements for additional decoration (I have tinsel and semolina)
10. Scissors

Step 1
Do not forget to lay a newspaper or oilcloth on the table!
We cover our balls with white paint with a sponge. I have a light ball, so I apply a thin layer of paint in some places there are small gaps. If your ball is dark, then you will have to paint over the second layer, after thoroughly drying the first one.

It is better to hold the painted ball by the "stalk". After dyeing, tie a thread to the "ear" and hang to dry. I stuck pencils under the microwave and hung them on top. Drying takes 1-2 hours. Better take your time. The paint may not dry and smudge.

Step 2
While our balls are drying, we cut out motifs from napkins, having previously separated 2 white ones from the color layer, which we do not need. Do not be lazy - the less background remains, the more accurate the work will look. But very thin details should not be deprived of the background - they will simply come off.
It is better to separate motifs from elements - it will be easier to stick.

Step 3
Now we arm ourselves with a brush and glue!
Glue is best diluted with water 1:1.
Gently, glue the motive from the middle. Avoid creases! And do not be too zealous with a brush so as not to tear the drawing.

And again we hang our balls to "rest" for an hour. In the meantime, wash the brush yourself - if it dries up, then you can’t wash it off.

Step 4
Now let's start toning. For toning, in addition to paints, you can use pastels. Those who are already familiar with this can try to work with her. Those who decided to try their hand at decoupage for the first time - wait for another MK - I will definitely tell you.
And now let's work with paint.
We knead the color we need - it's better to stick to the color of the napkin, then you won't have to paint over the background between the details.
We paint especially carefully along the motifs so as not to get into the drawing. The ink won't come off the paper.
After painting, we return our balls to dry.

Step 5
We proceed to additional decoration with semolina. It gives a very interesting "frozen" effect.
The actions are simple - we apply a drawing with glue (preferably not diluted) and sprinkle with semolina!
Then let it dry again.

In order for a little semolina to stick, we pour it onto the area nearby, and let it roll itself onto the glue.

When the glue dries, paint the semolina. it is better to try not to touch the background, but if it does happen - do not despair, continue the drawing with a thin line. Paint carefully - semolina can crumble. do not spare water - the thinner the paint, the better it will penetrate between the grains. you can quickly pass thick paint over the surface of the semolina - then only its upper part will be painted. This gives an interesting effect, but is only suitable for yellow-brown images - unpainted semolina turns yellow.
And then - dry again!

For the snowy effect, use white paint. but can be painted with other colors.

Step 6
In fact, this is the last step of decoupage.
At this stage, we have to cover our ball with varnish to give it shine, fix the paint and a napkin.
Again we take a sponge in our hands, and gently apply it to the surface of the ball.
Don't forget to dry!

Step 7
After drying, our balls can be considered ready

But there is one BUT: as a rule, the place near the handle does not look neat. Perhaps the transition from the ball to the handle will be poorly painted over, or the handle itself will get dirty. But this is technical. But in fact, we want to give the ball some completeness. I used tinsel to decorate the handle. You can use ribbons, beads, small cones - whatever your imagination desires.
I tied the shank with tinsel, like a bow. Another ball - just wrapped in tinsel with wire inside and twisted its ends. To fix the tinsel on the handle, you can drop a drop of glue on the joint (it is better to use super glue) or varnish, which covered the ball.

Now our balls can take their rightful place on the Christmas tree!

Tips:

If suddenly you decide to use gouache instead of acrylic paints, add pva glue to it - then it will be less smeared during subsequent work.

Don't skimp on drying. It is better to stretch the work over several days than to get an unsatisfactory result.

Do not forget to wash the tools after each stage of work. Paint and glue can make them unusable if they dry on them. The same applies to work surfaces.

Everyone knows about the decoupage technique today. With its help, simple objects turn into original crafts. This needlework is quite easy, and accessible to beginners. Try decoupage champagne bottles or candles. Original items will decorate your holiday table. Most often, decoupage lovers are engaged in the transformation of Christmas balls and other New Year's toys with it.

The master class will help you step by step to understand all the intricacies of this process.

You are invited to consider how the appearance of the ball changes with the help of decoupage. You need to start work with the following materials and tools:

  • PVA glue;
  • a simple ball without a pattern;
  • acrylic varnish and glossy;
  • decoupage glue;
  • light acrylic paint;
  • brushes;
  • napkins and sponge for dishes.

Remove grease with alcohol or detergent.

Then make craquelure without applying a special solution. Apply PVA glue diluted with water to the ball.

Let the workpiece dry, then apply the paint with a sponge. During the coloring process, make multiple point touches on the ball, and do them slowly. As you work, you will see how cracks form on the sphere.

Use a hair dryer and dry the New Year's ball. After that, the cracks will become more noticeable. At the end of the process, a ball is obtained, as in the photo. Leave it hanging until completely dry.

Cover the dried blank with primer, then start gluing the selected napkin motifs.

After that, apply several layers of glossy varnish. Remember that each layer must dry well. Using fantasy, paint fairy-tale motifs with paint. You get a Christmas ball, as in the photo.

Sketches and pictures using decoupage technique are selected at your discretion, in different colors and directions. This is a Christmas, children's theme, and even characters invented by you.

We decorate candles with our own hands

Beautiful decoupage candles will be a welcome gift for family and friends. The work is done with a napkin, which depicts suitable motifs.

Decoupage takes place using warm air heated by a hair dryer. You will also need thin paper, pictures and napkins.
Prepare paper hearts cut out using the template.

Attach them to the candle, and press with transparent paper. Take baking paper, which works great.

Put on gloves, and heat up the parchment candle with a hair dryer. This decoupage option is useful in creating wedding candles.

You are offered a master class on decoupage of candles, which is suitable for beginner needlewomen.

You will need candles, beautiful napkins, a kitchen sponge and glue.

A specialized store sells matte glue and decoupage paper. If there is none, use napkins with original motifs. Remove the top layer of the napkin, and attach the picture to the candle to cut it to size.

Apply glue to the candle with a sponge.

Attach the napkin to the candle.

Leave the craft to dry completely. After that, apply glue a second time with a sponge. The quality of the work depends on the number of layers.

The work is finished, look at the photo, what beauty can turn out.

Decorate a bottle of champagne

To make decoupage with winter motifs, you will need the following materials:

  • a bottle of champagne;
  • primer;
  • PVA glue;
  • brush;
  • acrylic paints;
  • acrylic lacquer;
  • dark contour;
  • sponge for washing dishes;
  • scissors;
  • holiday napkins;
  • decorative material.

Take a bottle of champagne and remove the stickers by soaking it in water.

Degrease it with alcohol, and apply a layer of special primer, which is sold in the store, with a sponge.

Once dry, add white acrylic paint. If it is liquid, make three or four layers.

When there are bumps on the glass, they are removed with sandpaper.

From the New Year's napkin, cut out the desired motifs with scissors.

Glue the cut pieces to the bottle. Place the Christmas tree on one side and the clock on the other.

If desired, print out the words of congratulations with a printer, and glue them on top with PVA glue.

Circle the inscriptions with a black outline, and leave to dry completely.

With a sponge, apply golden paint on a white background, spreading the layers evenly. Carefully paint over the entire surface and inscriptions.

Redraw the letters, using a black outline, so that they take on a convex shape. Draw a clock.

Take the glitter and put dots around the inscription. Cover the image of the Christmas tree with a special paste that imitates snow. Apply it also around the edges of the gold foil.

Toys on the Christmas tree will replace colored confetti, which are glued to acrylic lacquer. Let the bottle dry again.

On black lettering, apply glitter with sparkles, then cover the entire craft with glossy acrylic varnish.

The product will take its rightful place on the festive table or become a gift under the Christmas tree for relatives.

Christmas snowflake

To make a snowflake decoupage, you will need the following tools:

Paint the blank with light paint on one side using a sponge.
