This article will cover all the steps you need to take to complete all additional missions in Prey (2017). Some of the simplest tasks have been described in separate articles dedicated to the search for the crew.

SIDE QUEST "THE DISAPPEARING CORPSE"

Where to get it: Neuromod department.

To start this quest, go to the offices after you see a mimic killing Gavrilovich (search the corpse of Jovan Gavrilovich) in the Neuromods department. Behind the first table on the left there is a terminal - read the letter called "Urgent!". You will learn about some body, so an additional task will begin. We will immediately describe its passage, but note that in order to complete the mission, you will have to visit other locations.

Go to the Talos-1 Hall location and go to the emergency room (the key card is downstairs, on the counter in front of the corridor leading to the shuttle bay). Take the beacon bracelet from the table marked with a marker, and also read the letter "Wounded on the way." The task will be updated.

The next goal is the psychotronics laboratory. When you are at the glass chamber with the corpse, which the Weaver will turn into a phantom, then go down the gravity lift and in the far part you will see the morgue. Wait for the operator to fly inside, or break the glass and shoot the dart at the button near the door. Search the corpse of Dr. Sylvain Bellamy to get the key card to Bellamy's cabin. When you're in the living section, just look into the doctor's quarters to complete the quest. Inside you will find 3 neuromods.

SIDE QUEST "WHO ARE YOU, DECEMBER?"

You will activate this quest according to the plot. At a certain point in the game, December will contact you and say that you left him a message - you need to leave Talos-1. This is one of the alternate endings, after which the normal loading from the last checkpoint occurs.

Go to the neuromod department and chat with "December". In the briefing room opposite Morgan Yu's apartment (at the beginning of the game), there is a briefcase on the cabinet on the left. Search it to make sure the keycard is not there (if you didn't already). Go back to the meeting place with "December" and you will see that "January" destroyed it (if you searched the suitcase earlier, this will happen immediately upon returning to the neuromod department). Search the remains of the operator "December" and from the note you will find out the code for the safe in the office of Alex Y.

When you find yourself at the location "Arboretum", then follow the same path that is described when taking the quest "Golden Gun". From here, find a point where you can climb higher, to Alex Yu's office. Of course, you can hack the gravity lift, but you need a skill level 4.

At the top, move the box (the skill "Lift-II") and open the protective hatch to find a safe behind the wall. After entering the code, take Alex Yu's transcriber and Alex Yu's apartment key card.

Once in the living quarters, activate the elevator and go upstairs to the directors' apartment, go to Alex's apartment and find the key card needed for the quest under the globe on the bedside table.

Now return to the arboretum and go up to Alex Yu's office. There is a terminal here - if you hack it, the bridge will extend. The terminal requires Hack-IV. Alexa will give you the code later anyway. Go into the capsule (you can fly to it without a bridge if you're smart) and start the evacuation. See one of the endings. Next to the capsule is Alex Y's beacon bracelet.

SIDE QUEST "STOLE NEUROMODS"

Where to get: A note from the interrogation room in the security office in the Talos-1 lobby.

There is a table with a note in the interrogation room of the security office. Read it to take the quest. To complete it, it is enough to go up to the teleconferencing center (you will get there by storyline) and walk across the bridge to the sales department. There are 4 Neuromods lying under Yumi's office desk at once. Quest completed.

SIDE QUEST "HOLE"

When you find yourself outside Talos-1, having got out of the hardware laboratory, then fly to the corpse of Dr. Calvino. Repair the sparkly panel to the left of the door and then return to the Hardware Lab. Take the gravity lift and go inside the Wave Lab. Quest completed!

SIDE QUEST "PROJECT BLACKBOX"

Where to get it: examine the data in the terminal of the wave physics laboratory at the Hardware Laboratory location.

To complete the task and at the same time break through the last door of the wave physics laboratory, you need to find the corpse of Josh Dalton. You will do it on the SAGITTA location (read the article on the SAGITTA location).

SIDE QUEST "TRUTH-LOVER"

Where to get: at the location "Psychotronics Laboratory" find the corpse of Annalisa Gallegos with a transcriptor. Listen to the recording to start the mission.

This quest is activated after you listen to one of the recordings on Annalize Gallegos' transcription system in her office in the Psychotronics Lab. When you get to the residential section, follow the marker and pick up the Transcript "Surveillance Request: Annalize Gallegos" from the corpse of Maria Fowles.

Go to the terminal on the ground floor near the grav lift (concierge desk) and transfer the surveillance files. Further, when you find yourself in the cargo hold and go through the story to the room with the containers, do not look for the right one here. The container in which Quinten Purvis wanted to escape is located in the next spacious room directly opposite the door.

SIDE QUEST "DISGUSTED EMPLOYEE"

Where to get: the next additional task is taken in the process of listening to the transcriptor Jia Kyun-Ho, whose corpse you will find immediately after moving from SAGITTA to the arboretum.

Continue it in the data warehouse. When you're near the Daniella Shaw terminal upstairs, go to the other terminal on the left and type in the number for Grant Lockwood's beacon bracelet - 1129 (or something like that, indicated in the description of the task). SIDE QUEST "DO NO HARM"

Where to get: after listening to the recording from the transcriptor of Devris (on his corpse by the main elevator, if you enter from the side of the arboretum).

To complete it, take the elevator down to the Talos-1 hall, go to the emergency room and use the key card to open the door of Devris's office. From the terminal, download the decryption key, open inventory, go to the "Data" section and select the "Morgan: Tantrum" audio diary. Press Enter to listen to it again.

SIDE QUEST "Smugglers on Talos"

Where to get it: After listening to Lilly Morris's transcriber in the Arboretum hallway leading to the main elevator.

You need to find 6 points where the smugglers have hidden resources. They are all inside safes hidden behind red fire alarms. To open them, you need to knock on them three times. But there are more than six alarms on Talos-1. Therefore, you need to recognize those behind which contraband is really hidden. And to do this is simple - a red light is on above them. Here is the location of all cargoes:

1. On the wall right above the corpse of Lilly Morris in the arboretum, where the quest is taken.

SIDE QUEST "COOK'S REQUEST"

Where to get it: when you find yourself in the Residential Section location, you will hear the chef's monologue. The quest will start soon.

SIDE QUEST "TREASURE HUNT"

Where to get: read the letter in Daniella Shaw's terminal (in her cabin on the territory of the residential section). You need to find four parts of the map:

1. The first one will be found on the corpse of Zechariah West at the location "Arboretum" at the transition point in the data warehouse.

3. Elias Black's treasure map is in the recreation center, on a table on the second floor.

Now you need to go to the places that are shown on each card and find four numbers.

SIDE QUEST "GIFT TO THE BELOVED"

Where to get it: listen to the audio recording on the Lawrence Baxter transcriber in the residential section (read the article on this location).

Treasure Hunt is a side mission in Prey. Abigail Foy has created a fun challenge for four of her co-stars and Mt. Doom co-stars. First you need to find the cards of four participants: Daniella Shaw, Emma Beatty, Elias Black and Zacharias West, which Abigail prepared for them. Emma Beatty's treasure map is on her. You can find her, dead or alive, in the living section of the fitness center, where a telepath mind-controls a group of people. It is located on level 1 between crew quarters A and crew quarters B. To enter the fitness center you will need a code, which can be found at the concierge terminal located in the lobby of the residential section.

Rosalyn's map shows part of the cargo hold - the loading bay of SAGITT. You get into this room if you enter the cargo hold from SAGITT.

Find and study the map of Mechetyk (Elias Black)

Elias Black left his treasure map in the living section on the second level of the recreation hall. Enter it on the first level from the foyer of the residential section, and then go up the stairs to level 2. On the large table where the game was played, you will find a sticker note with a treasure map for Mechetyk. She lies next to Elias Black's transcriptor.

You will not have to look for a long time for the place indicated on the map of Elias Black, especially since it is located in the residential section. You need to go into the room with the utilizer, located on the second level of the residential section. Use the stairs near the medical bay, which will lead directly to it.

Find and study the map of Holdinbafla (Zachariah West)

The Treasure Map of Zechariah West is in his possession and is called "Treasure Map for Holdinbafl Flagdasterus". You will find his corpse in the arboretum on level 1, near the entrance to the data vault, where one of the gravity lifts from level 3 leads. Search it and the map is yours.

The place indicated on the Holdinbuff map is in life support. You need to take the gravity lift from the first level to level B2 and go to the water treatment plant. If this is your first visit to this location, then the technopath has cut off the electricity, and the doors leading to the station do not work. You have several options: open the unpowered doors with the Climb 3 skill, or climb inside through the service hatch, which you will find in the corridor if you climb up the pipes to the platform near the fork.

Find and study the map of Melinda (Daniella Shaw)

Daniella Shaw's map can be found on her work terminal in the data vault. It is located on level 2 in the control center. The map must be downloaded from the "Files" tab. To climb to the second level of the data warehouse, you will need the code from the exit to the stairs. It can be recognized from a note pasted on Zacharias West's terminal, which is installed at the entrance to the location from the arboretum.

Danielle Shaw's map shows a fuel storage facility located in SAGITT. You need to fly to the cargo tunnel and turn towards the cargo bay (Cargo Bay). The fuel storage will come across to you on the way in front of the cargo hold. The location indicated on the map is on the upper level.

The final part of the mission "Treasure Hunt"

The numbers found during the treasure hunt add up to a code that must be entered into Abigail Foy's terminal. He is in her cabin 109, located in the living section in the crew quarters wing B. But first, you need a cabin pass. You can find it on the same large table in the recreational center on level 2 as Elias Black's treasure map.

Prey contains dozens of tasks for you to complete. Some, where you need to save or get rid of the survivors, affect the ending of the game. Others, like Treasure Hunt, are optional but helpful. You can't find the treasure without all four cards.

Two clarifications on the use of the guide

First, if you're a player who doesn't like solved puzzles, but you need to be pushed in the right direction. Each section will tell you where to find the treasure map and give clues. If you don't want to know the solution, don't read it.

Secondly, when you find all four cards and solve their riddles, you will receive a code. Do not try to cheat by finding out somewhere the code to go straight to the place with the treasure: if you do not solve the clues and do not register each number, the game will detect the deception and punish you by lowering the brightness of the flashlight and slowing down the scanning speed.

How to use treasure maps

These cards belong to members of the Fatal Fortress playable clan. Each shows the location of one key. Collecting all the cards and solving their riddles leads to the treasure.

How to start a treasure hunt

The hunt begins in the Crew Quarters. Look on Daniel Shaw's computer for an email titled Treasure Hunt. Reading the email will add a challenge to your active missions and explain the backstory of the treasure hunt if you're interested.

Treasure Map for Hordinbafla Flagdasterus (Zachariah West)

Where to find: go to the first floor of the Arboretum and go to the gateway. Find Zacharias West's body and search it for a map. Look at her. The clue points to a large room with three round objects.



Solution: remember the water treatment plant in the life support bay? The facility, located on level B2, has three large round tanks. Go to the object, then turn to face the place indicated on the map - this is a wall with a number. Fix the number with the psychoscope so that the game registers it in your mission log.

Treasure Map for Mechetyk (Elias Black)

Where to find: return to the Crew Quarters and climb into the recreational center on level 2. Find big table, over which the Fatal Fortress screen looms. Solution: salvage room in crew quarters, west of Tulip Yellow. Enter the room and find the large number printed on the wall. Scan until the game adds it to your mission log.

Treasure map for Rosalynn Swift (Emma Beatty)

Where to find: the owner of this treasure map, Emma Beatty, is still alive. She hangs out on the first floor of Crew A, near the fitness center. This is good news. The bad news - or maybe not, depending on which ending you go for - is that she's mind controlled. Do whatever you need to do to get the card from her. (If she dies, part of the map will be smeared with blood)



Solution: go to the 1st level of the cargo bay (Cargo Bay) and head to the southwest corner to the SAGITA loading bay. Scan the number written on the wall next to the container.

Treasure Map of Melindra Shadowconer (Danielle Shaw)

Where to find: Get this card by going to level 2 of the Data Vault and unlocking Danielle's computer. You need to get to the control center, which is guarded by several mimics hanging around and a thermal phantom. Sneak up, get rid of them, or use the turret to get rid of them all at once.

The building is truly massive. And although the game can be completed from start to finish, following only the main storyline, we strongly advise you not to do this.

Once near the morgue, read the letter entitled " I am stupid”, on the computer to the left of the entrance - it is mentioned that the operator patrolling the area once every half an hour (you can find out the time on the character’s equipment screen) looks into the room you need. Slip in with him or use the Huntress Dart Launcher to open the door from the inside yourself.

Pick up the key to his apartment in the residential section from Bellamy's body. In this part of the station, again, the hero will get on the plot. When you reach the crew cabins, find the doctor's room and go inside. To "get" this quest, you will need either a key card from the guard station in the Talos-1 lobby (you can find it in the IT security department on the second floor), or a little ingenuity. near the entrance to the security office and crawl along it until you see a hole under your feet. Jump through it - you will find yourself directly inside the guard post.

Unblock interrogation room password found nearby ( 1129 ) and kill the Mimic pretending to be a corpse. Examine the note on the table and go to the third floor of the hall, to the sales department (you can get there only after visiting the main character's office). There is a massive elevator in the lobby of the Talos-1 station. If you try to use it, it will turn out that the lift is inoperative. The source of problems is waiting for you at the level Arboretum- Morgan will get there as part of the main storyline.

It turns out that the operation of the elevator interferes Technopath- one of the types of Typhon, who loves to subjugate assistant robots and annoy you with explosive electric balls. After obtaining a public access card, you will be able to get into the psychotronics laboratory. Before this happens, however, the hero will be contacted by an operator named " December". He will ask you to find the key to Alex Yu's escape pod, which Morgan allegedly hid on the first floor of the Neuromod department. After reaching the postoperative examination room (there is a safe here, from which you can learn from the video left by Morgan to himself), climb onto the cabinet on the left hand and inspect the suitcase upstairs - there will be no access card there.

Head to the lobby of the Neuromod department, where you will find the frame of "December" - it will be attached to note with code(for each player it will be different) from Alex's safe in his office, which is located in the Arboretum. The hero will get there as part of one of the story missions, but if you don’t want to wait, you can sneak into your brother’s office and secretly.

Alternate way to infiltrate Alex's office and escape pod

To do this, you either need to hack ( 4th level) a gravity lift that leads up (the code from it will sooner or later be shared with the hero by Alex himself), or use the ledges on the rock that is adjacent to the building. Once inside, push back (you will need a second level " lifting”) or blow up the box ( salvaging grenade would be most welcome), blocking the path to the safe, in which you can find key from Alex's cabin in the living section.

Since one of the maps is located on the territory of the Data Warehouse, it will be possible to complete the treasure hunt only after rebooting the Talos-1 reactor as part of the corresponding mission.
