- Get a free Raven Whistle from the Crown Store.

Using the item, you will receive the quest "The Witchmother's Bagrain". If you have already completed it in previous years, then you will not have to do this again, and you can find the whistle in the collections menu.
Upon completion of the quest, using the whistle, you will summon a cauldron that will give you and your party a 2-hour buff for 100% of the experience gained. In addition, the cauldron will allow you to turn into the undead.

In addition to the buff and the ability to change appearance character, during the Witches Festival in TESO you will receive additional rewards from bosses in instances, public dungeons, world bosses and anchor bosses.
