Equipment upgrades are made in the "hangar" in between battles. "Credits" are spent on the repair of a damaged tank, the purchase of ammunition, consumables and additional equipment; they also purchase improved components and new combat vehicles. Unused equipment, ammunition and tanks can be disposed of for half their original cost.

This version takes up less space on your hard drive, because it does not contain textures of vehicle models in maximum resolution. Accordingly, in the SD version it is impossible to set the texture quality settings to the maximum.

This means that the SD version is convenient just for those players who are not going to turn on the maximum quality settings. Using this version reduces the time required for updating and allows you to start playing faster, because users do not need to download unused game content.

The settings allow you to see combat vehicles in all their power and beauty: the texture of the metal, traces of participation in hostilities, the consequences of the operation of the tank, etc.

It is important to remember that the HD version is only available for users of the 64-bit operating system. If the player has a 32-bit operating system installed, then the HD client cannot be selected.

What you need to know when choosing a client version

During the installation of update 9.8, you will see a window with a choice of client type.

This choice can be changed at any convenient time. To change the version of the client, you need to launch the game launcher - there is a drop-down menu at the top.

After confirming the action, the following will happen:

If you switch from the SD version to HD, the download of the necessary files will begin, as a result of which the "weight" of the client will increase.
If you switch from the HD version to SD, no additional files will be downloaded, and the "weight" of the client will decrease.
