2.3. 2.5. Game account - a virtual account of a game participant, provided by the organizer to each participant on the playground to account for game equipment (coins).

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the organizer to the participant of services for organizing leisure and recreation in the game "Crypto Mining Farm" in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Such services, in particular, mean the following: services for the purchase and sale of gaming equipment (coins), keeping records of significant information: movements on the gaming account, ensuring measures for the identification and security of participants, development of software that is integrated into the gaming platform and external applications , information and other services necessary for organizing the game and servicing the participant in its process at the organizer's site.
3.2. The game as a whole, as well as any of its elements or any associated external game application created solely for entertainment. The participant acknowledges that all activities in the game on the playground are entertainment for him. The participant agrees that depending on the characteristics of his account, the degree of his participation in the game will be available to a different extent.
3.3. The participant agrees that he is personally responsible for all actions performed with game inventory (coins): purchase, sale, deposit and withdrawal, as well as for gaming activities on the playground: creation, purchase-sale, operations with all game elements and other game attributes and objects used for the gameplay.
3.4. The Participant acknowledges that the degree and opportunity to participate in entertainment on the Game server are the main qualities of the service provided to him.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1 Rights and obligations of the participant
4.1.1. Only persons who have reached civil capacity under the laws of their country of residence can take part in the Crypto Mining Farm game. All consequences of non-fulfillment of this condition are assigned to the participant.
4.1.2. The degree and method of participation in the game is determined by the participant himself, but cannot contradict this Agreement and the rules of the playground.
4.1.2. The participant is obliged:

4.1.2.2. not use the game to perform any actions that are contrary to international law and the law of the country - the residence of the Participant;

4.1.2.4. do not use external programs of any kind to gain advantages in the game;
4.1.2.5. not to use for advertising your affiliate link, as well as the resource containing it, mailing lists and other types of messages to persons who did not agree to receive them (spam);
4.1.2.6. has no right to restrict the access of other participants or other persons to the Game, is obliged to respectfully and correctly treat the participants of the Game, as well as the Organizer, its partners and employees, not interfere with the work of the latter;
4.1.2.7. not to deceive the Organizer and participants of the game;
4.1.2.8. do not use profanity and insults in any form;
4.1.2.9. not to discredit the actions of other players and the Administration;
4.1.2.10. not to threaten violence and physical violence to anyone;
4.1.2.11. not distribute materials promoting rejection or hatred of any race, religion, culture, nation, people, language, politics, state, ideology or social movement;
4.1.2.12. do not advertise pornography, drugs and resources containing such information;
4.1.2.13. not use actions, terminology or jargon to disguise a breach of a member's obligations;
4.1.2.14. independently take care of the necessary computer and other security measures, keep secret and not transfer to another person or another participant their identification data: login, account password, etc., prevent unauthorized access to the mailbox specified in the participant's account profile. The participant bears the entire risk of adverse consequences of disclosing this data, since the participant agrees that the information security system of the playground excludes the transfer of the login, password and identification information of the participant's account to third parties;
4.1.2.15. independently bear personal responsibility for conducting their financial transactions and operations, the Organizer is not responsible for the financial actions performed between the players for the transfer of game equipment and game currency, as well as other game attributes.
4.1.2.16. be the first to notify the organizer in writing of your claims and complaints through the "Contacts" tab.
4.1.2.17. to regularly independently get acquainted with the news of the game, as well as with changes in this Agreement and in the rules of the game on the playground. The user is obliged to CAREFULLY READ the User Agreement and the description of the functions and services of the project at least once a week (they may undergo changes and additions - see clause 1.4), since ignorance of the rules does not relieve the user of responsibility for their violation.
4.1.2.18. do not create multi-accounts, it is allowed to create several accounts from one IP address in case of prior agreement with the administration of the game.
4.2 Rights and obligations of the organizer
4.2.1. The organizer is obliged:
4.2.1.1. provide free access of the participant to the playground and to participate in the game. The participant pays for Internet access at his own expense and bears other costs associated with this action.
4.2.1.2. keep a record of game inventory (coins) on the participant's game account.
4.2.1.3. regularly improve the hardware and software complex, but does not guarantee that the software of the Game does not contain errors, and the hardware will not go out of working parameters and will function smoothly.
4.2.1.4. observe the confidentiality regime in relation to the participant's personal data in accordance with clause 6 of this agreement.
4.2.1.5. bear financial obligations to ensure the equivalent market value of the game inventory (coins) on the participant's game account. The market value of game inventory (coins) is equal to: 100 coins = 1 ruble.
4.2.2. The organizer has the right:
4.2.2.2. provide the participant with additional paid services, the list of which, as well as the procedure and conditions for using which are determined by this agreement, the rules of the playground and other announcements of the organizer. At the same time, the organizer has the right to change the number and volume of the offered paid services, their cost, name, type and effect of use.
4.2.2.3. suspend this agreement and disable the participant from participating in the game for the duration of the investigation on suspicion of the participant in violation of this Agreement and the rules of the playground.
4.2.2.4. expel a participant from the game if it determines that the participant has violated this agreement or the rules established on the playground, in accordance with 5.10 of this agreement.
4.2.2.5. partially or completely interrupt the provision of services without notifying the participant during reconstruction, repair and maintenance work on the site.
4.2.2.6. The organizer is not responsible for the incorrect functioning of the game software. The Participant uses the software on an “AS IS” (“AS IS”) basis. If the organizer establishes that during the game a failure (error) occurred in the operation of the site, then the results that took place during the incorrect operation of the software may be canceled or adjusted at the discretion of the organizer. The participant agrees not to appeal to the organizer about the quality, quantity, order and timing of the gaming opportunities and services provided to him

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

5.1. The Organizer does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access to the playground and its services in the event of technical problems and / or unforeseen circumstances, including: defective work or non-functioning of Internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions of third parties. persons. The Organizer will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the Game, regardless of the reasons for such failures.
5.2. The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held liable for the participant’s losses that arose in connection with illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and databases of the game, or due to interruptions, suspension or termination of channels and networks beyond the organizer’s control communications used to interact with the participant, as well as illegal or unreasonable actions of payment systems, as well as third parties.
5.3. The Organizer is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use of information about the Game by the participant, game rules and the Game itself and is not responsible for losses or other damages incurred by the participant due to his unqualified actions and ignorance of the game rules or his errors in calculations.
5.4. The participant agrees that the use of the playground is of his own free will and at his own risk. The organizer does not give the participant any guarantee that he will benefit or benefit from participation in the game. The degree of participation in the Game is determined by the participant.
5.5. The organizer is not responsible to the participant for the actions of other participants.
5.6. In case of disputes and disagreements on the playground, the organizer's decision is final, and the participant fully agrees with it. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement or in connection with it shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes, disagreements and claims arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
5.7. The Organizer does not bear the tax burden for the Participant. The participant undertakes to independently include possible income received in the tax return in accordance with the legislation of the country of his residence.
5.8. The Organizer may make changes to this Agreement, the rules of the playground and other documents unilaterally. In case of making changes to the documents, the Organizer places latest versions documents on the site of the playground. All changes come into force from the moment of posting. The Participant has the right to terminate this Agreement within 3 days if he does not agree with the changes made. In this case, the termination of the Agreement is made in accordance with paragraph 5.9 of this Agreement. The Participant is obliged to regularly visit the official website of the Game in order to get acquainted with official documents and news.
5.9. The Participant has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally without saving the game account. At the same time, all expenses associated with participation in the game are not compensated or returned to the participant. Game inventory (coins) on the participant's game account are cancelled.
5.10. The Organizer has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, as well as to take other actions that limit the possibilities in the Game in relation to the participant or group of participants who are accomplices of the identified violations of the terms of this Agreement. At the same time, all game attributes, game inventory (coins) located in the account and on the game account of a participant or group of participants, as well as all expenses are not refundable and are not compensated.
5.11. The Organizer and the Participant are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement.
5.12. The Organizer and the Participant are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances (force majeure), which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, fire (fires), floods, explosions, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, acts of governmental or regulatory authorities, hacker attacks, absences, non-functioning or failures of power supply, Internet service providers, communication networks or other systems, networks and services. The party that has experienced such circumstances must, within a reasonable time and in an accessible way, notify the other party of such circumstances.

In order to exclude the Participant from misleading (deception), the Organizer warns before the Participant accepts the consent to use the site services that the services offered to the Participant in the form of a game are based on the risk arising between several participants in the game according to the rules established by the organizer of this game.
The funds of the Participant necessary to ensure the game (acquisition of funds for the game, improvement by the player of the conditions for winning, etc.), who has accepted the terms of the Agreement, are sent to the general game fund of the Participants (players), from which the payments to the players are added, as well as: advertising fund, payments for winnings and shares, payment for a domain and hosting services, and project administration income - up to 10% inclusive of the amount of all investments. Accordingly, the organizer warns you that the game is partially based on the principles of a financial pyramid and at any time you can lose all your funds, while you will not have any claims against the site organizer.
In addition, by accepting the Agreement, the Participant confirms his consent to the use of the game fund by the Organizer for organizing and servicing the game among the Participants.
The end result of gambling risk is winning. At the same time, the Organizer undertakes to minimize the negative consequences of the Participant's risk in the game in order to attract individuals to the site.
At the same time, the provided service in the form of a game is aimed at meeting the needs of the Participant, which he determines and evaluates independently by his consent to participate.
These terms and conditions of the game and other information of the site do not have the goal of the Organizer to induce in the Participant the emotions associated with the anticipation of success (excitement).

6. PRIVACY

6.1. The confidentiality condition applies to information that the Organizer can receive about the Participant during his stay on the Game website and which can be correlated with this particular user. The organizer automatically receives and writes technical information from your browser to the server logs: IP address, address of the requested page, etc. The organizer can save "cookies" on the user's computer and subsequently use them. The Organizer guarantees that the data provided by the participant when registering in the Game will be used by the Organizer only within the Game.
6.2. The Organizer has the right to transfer personal information about the Participant to third parties only in cases where:
6.2.1. The participant has expressed a desire to disclose this information;
6.2.2. Without this, the Participant cannot use the desired product or service, in particular - information about names (nicknames), game attributes - may be available to other participants;
6.2.3. This is required by international law and / or authorities in accordance with the legal procedure;
6.2.4. The participant violates this Agreement and the rules of the playground.

7. OTHER PROVISIONS

7.1. The invalidity of a part or paragraph (subparagraph) of this agreement does not entail the invalidity of all other parts and paragraphs (subparagraphs).
7.2. The term of this Agreement is set for the entire period of the playground, that is, for an indefinite period, and does not imply an expiration date for this agreement.
7.3. By registering and being on the playground, the participant acknowledges that he has read, understood and fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, as well as the rules of the game and other official documents

Preparing for the game

Each player-farmer is given a game board - this will be his farm. All dog figurines are placed in the center of the table. Now the farmer needs to get the first animal into his farm. This can be done by rolling 2 dice. If 2 identical animals are rolled on the dice, the farmer takes the animal from the main herd in the center of the table.

Example 1 : for 6 rabbits you can get 1 sheep; for 1 sheep you can get 1 small dog; For 1 cow you can get 1 big dog.

Example 2 : the farmer has 6 rabbits, 2 pigs and 1 sheep; the farmer can exchange them all for 1 cow, because 6 rabbits is 1 sheep, 2 sheep is 1 pig, and 3 pigs is 1 cow.

Example 3 : the farmer has 6 rabbits and 2 cows; at the same time, the farmer cannot exchange them for 1 sheep and 1 horse in one exchange.

A good farmer must take care of his herd and protect it from predators roaming nearby: a wolf and a fox. What is needed for this? Well, of course, get the dogs! A small dog will protect the rabbits from the fox, and a large dog will be able to protect the household from the wolf. Dogs can only be obtained through an exchange.


If the farmer has a small dog and a fox is rolled on the dice, the farmer's rabbits remain intact, but the small dog goes into the main herd.


If the farmer has a big dog and a wolf rolls on the die, then the farmer's animals are safe! The big dog itself goes to the main herd. A large dog does not protect rabbits from fox attacks.

Individual tablets are decorated with special love. Despite the fact that the sponsored farms are exactly the same, the reverse sides of the cardboard boxes are different. Portraits of local residents cheer up and make you smile.

On fertile lands, farmers will cultivate four types of seeds (70 cards with vivid illustrations). Pay attention to the icons: from now on, money has been abolished in the game, and it has been replaced by an in-kind exchange - food taken from the barn can be exchanged for the corresponding number of seed cards.

In the parcel, in a separate bag, there were promo cards, they must be added to the stack of seeds. When a "Gift" is opened, it is immediately discarded, and all players take one random seed card from the general pile as a bonus. "Pumpkin" - a kind of "Joker" that replaces any type of planting (convenient for feeding).

The farm is home to four kinds of cute animals (my daughter calls them "sausages"). Each creature consists of a head part, a tail, and several body parts of varying value.

The head and tail cards are double-sided and are flipped face up as appropriate. The central parts of the torso have a point value (shown on the left) and a purchase cost in seeds (shown below).

Wooden action markers (two rounds of a different color for each farmer) and the first player's black disc are used in the expansion.

The sponsored farm, inherited from the previous owner, is in a deplorable state. All four representatives of the animal world are of minimum length - head and tail. Moreover, everyone's mood is pessimistic due to the lack of food (the head is placed with the "-5" side up). The farming board is empty, and each new farmer receives three seed cards at random. They have yet to be turned into food...

In the center of the table, "ribbons" of seeds and food are laid out, 6 cards of each type. The remaining stacks are placed face down nearby.

With the first roosters, we take the chopper in our hands and go to the garden, where we can perform two of the six possible actions (these actions must be different and can be performed in any order)...

Let's start with sowing - in one action, you can throw into the ground either up to two seeds of any kind, or three identical crops. At the beginning of each turn, you must move all the cards on the board one space up.

Seeds germinate in different ways, and they can only be collected at the specified time interval. For example, beets ripen only in autumn, while clover and corn can be harvested both in spring and autumn.

Harvested crops are stored in a vault containing no more than six cards of any crop (the excess is discarded). By the way, if in the fall (the top of the column of the seasons) you do not pick up the cards, then in the next turn the crop will "rot" and go to the general discard.

Resources from the barn can be used to buy seeds or feed animals. Let's start with feeding, as the wards look depressing.

All feeding cards show the cost in units of food - we drop the appropriate amount and lengthen our ward. Since our farm does not deal with gene mutations, the body of a lamb can only be attached to a lamb, it will not work for a rabbit. After the first feeding, the pet's mood improves dramatically, the card with the muzzle turns over to the opposite side.

Natural exchange allows you to take the number of seeds indicated in the picture from the tape. In this case, you can collect any combination.

The feed and seed card feeds are constantly replenished, and as soon as the feed cards run out and there is room on the feed, the game is over...

The final calculation is simple: only the performance of animals and the points indicated on the cards are taken into account. If the animal is still not fed, subtract five points from the total. For the longest "sausager" in each category, its owner receives three bonus points (turn over the back of the animal). The final result determines the most successful farmer.

The Gazda add-on introduces two amendments to the basic rules: initially there are two seed cards in hand, and two cards have already been sown; opponents plan their actions on a separate field with the help of markers. The number of disks that can be placed in a location depends on the number of players.

From now on, opponents perform basic actions (sowing and harvesting, feeding animals and buying grain) in accordance with the placed disks in the order of priority from the first player (black marker).

What is the growth rate?

A good family "farm" with accessible rules, beautiful components and fun gameplay. Rivals buy seeds, sow them in the beds, harvest and feed their wards. The economy in miniature: both the seedlings must be monitored and the animals. Look at your opponents too, as they can steal the card you need, and you will have to exchange, grow and collect again.

Money disappeared in the second edition - a great solution! Before it was necessary to calculate coins, buy, sell. From now on, only natural exchange is used, which is much more convenient. And now it takes half as much time to buy and sell... The design of the game has changed: in my opinion, the cards have become much more beautiful and brighter, but the reduction in space for crops on an individual tablet introduces inconvenience, since it is inconvenient to move the cards.

The add-on brings a tactical component to the game. Alas, new tablet it did not take root in our family, because at the family council we decided that "the game is already good, there is no point in complicating it." Perhaps we will return to the addition later, when we have played enough according to the basic rules.

Separately, I want to note the quality of the Ukrainian edition. I look at the game and "cry"... Why can't our Russian publishers make similar packaging, dense and straight fields, bright and perfectly cut cards? After all, everything is ordered in China, as evidenced by the inscription on the bottom of the box. We are told that it is "expensive" and difficult.   4. Put the remaining deck next to the market.

Attention! All feeding cards in Funny Farm are used with four opponents. If there are two or three farmers, some should be removed (details are on the last page of the rules).

Each player lays out a tablet in front of him, 2 coin tokens, one card each for a sheep, a rabbit, a pig and a cow. Each animal has two cards: a head and a tail. The remaining coin tokens are placed in the middle of the table - in the bank.

Game progress and rules

Board game mechanics Farm Frenzy(Funny Farm) is very simple. All actions come down to planting seeds, harvesting, feeding livestock, selling surplus feed on the market, buying new seeds, getting coins in the bank.

The farmer walks in two stages:

How to feed

First, farmers have to grow fodder. Three seasons are represented on the tablet: spring, summer, autumn. Planting seeds of wheat, clover, beets and carrots in the garden is carried out in the spring. If the fruits are different, no more than 2 can be planted at a time. Identical seeds can also be sown in 3 pieces.

The farmer then moves the seeds up one space, moving on to the next season. In autumn, it is desirable to harvest the entire crop. Otherwise, it will disappear by the next turn. The harvested crop must be stored in a barn and subsequently exchanged for feeding cards, for the sake of which the whole thing was started.

Each animal has a set of 6 food cards. They show the products needed to get a food card. The value of the power card (1 or 5) is the number of points. The more the card brings them, the more products you will have to pay for it. When receiving feed, the farmer places it between the head and tail of the animal.
